µTorrent is the sister company of BitTorrent and boasts the largest share of users in the entire torrenting universe.
Our mission was to refresh the µTorrent brand and redesign the µTorrent website with its extensive catalog of products seen by 100 million people a month.

The Challenge
In my role as creative director I led a small team in the redesign, collaborating with engineering, business development and marketing teams. Working closely with our talented data analyst, we developed a meticulous system of testing to validate our overhaul of the site’s navigation and product catalog.
The Solution
Focused on the individual users that fuel uTorrent's global decentralized network, we developed a visual design system that each team within the organization could rely on to reflect the brand's updated look and feel. The result was a significant increase in downloads and an improved user experience as well as a new look and feel that distinguishes µTorrent as the lightest, simplest torrent app on the market.
